No matter who Oakland Tech faces on Friday night, they won't be as intimidating as this week's practice squad player: Marshawn Lynch.
The Raiders star, who is sitting out one game with a suspension, surprised his former high school by suiting up for an evening practice. The footage from his Instagram shows the team putting in a game effort but predictably getting run over by Lynch, who looks even more enormous than usual compared to the high schoolers.
At one point, it takes the effort of nearly half of the defense to take Lynch down.
