As the calendar turns, we’ve reached another checkpoint in the Las Vegas Raiders offseason. I’ve been getting a lot of questions about what could happen when the Raiders get some extra cap space after the post-June 1 designation from Jimmy Garoppolo’s release. Question: What, if anything, has been surprising about the Raiders offseason?
Answer: Drafting Brock Bowers has to take the cake. Anyone who says they saw that coming is lying as that was one of the biggest surprises in the entire league on draft night.
