OAKLAND -- If there were a coin toss to sort out the Raiders stadium saga, the coin might well land on its side.
In one of the longest NFL team searches for a new home, owner Mark Davis has said he's committed to moving to Las Vegas if a domed stadium can be built, but in another breath, he hasn't ruled out remaining in Oakland. And, there's still a faint option of moving to Los Angeles. But the Raiders are not entirely in the driver's seat. With each city comes challenges and moving parts that depend on actions by other NFL teams, votes by team owners, approval from East Bay or Nevada officials, or other financing obstacles.
