A week into training camp and Maxx Crosby is doing Maxx Crosby things in the Southern Nevada desert.
On Tuesday, Las Vegas Raiders coach Jon Gruden heaped praise on the third-year defensive end for his leadership on the practice field by showing his teammates how to give a full effort throughout practice.
