The Oakland Raiders High School “Coach of the Week” program promotes high school football, giving high school coaches and teams the recognition that they deserve.
Each recipient will be awarded a $1,000 donation to the school’s football program from The Oakland Raiders and the NFL Foundation.
Week 10
Jayce Goree, from Oakland High School, was named The Oakland Raiders High School “Coach of the Week”. The Wildcats got the victory against rival Skyline High School in Oakland with a final score of 22-19. This was Oakland High’s second league win of the season and will move on to face Castlemont High School in the first round of the Oakland Athletic League Playoffs with hopes of ending in the Silver Bowl, the championship of Oakland High School Football.
