Green Bay Packers wide receiver James Jones enjoyed his return to Oakland.
The San Jose State product and San Jose native was cut by the Raiders after playing one season here last year. In his first game back, he caught six passes for 82 yards and the go-ahead touchdown in Green Bay’s 30-20 win.
Five of his catches and 75 yards came in the second half as the Packers rallied back from a brief deficit. Jones, however, downplayed his return to the Coliseum.
“I come out every game trying to play and trying to play well,” Jones said.
