Jalen Richard, DeAndre Washington picked up slack for ejected Marshawn Lynch

ALAMEDA, Calif. -- A ruling on Marshawn Lynch’s appeal of a one-game suspension for making contact with an official in the Oakland Raiders' game Thursday will be issued today, per ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

And Raiders coach Jack Del Rio is looking forward to knowing if Lynch will be available for this Sunday’s game at the Buffalo Bills as soon as possible.

“Would be the fairest thing,” Del Rio said Monday in his weekly media conference, “so the team can prepare.”

Lynch was ejected after bumping and then grabbing the jersey of line judge Julian Mapp after running on to the field from the sideline to protect Kansas City Chiefs cornerback Marcus Peters, who had just been flagged for a late hit on Oakland quarterback Derek Carr.
