Another shoe might soon drop for the Raiders’ potential relocation to Las Vegas.
A day after casino mogul Sheldon Adelson withdrew his involvement in a proposed stadium for the Raiders, Goldman Sachs is reportedly mulling a similar move.
The investment bank is “re-evaluating its relationship with the planned deal,” ESPN’s Ramona Shelburne reported Tuesday, citing a source “close to the negotiations.”
Adelson, owner of Las Vegas Sands Corporation, reportedly has close business relationships with Goldman Sachs. It is unknown how much of a factor those connections are in the latest development.
