ALAMEDA –- Khalil Mack’s absence from Raiders practice wasn’t a long one. The prolific edge rusher was back on the field Thursday, after missing the previous day’s session with a knee injury.
He spoke to the press before practice and was confident in his ability to play Sunday’s game at the Denver Broncos.
“Oh yeah,” Mack said. “I feel good, really good (about that).”
That was before he participated fully in the practice session.
That’s a positive for the Raiders defense, because Mack has been his productive best recently. He has four sacks in the past two weeks, and has been disruptive against the run.
