On Monday, the Las Vegas Raiders held a press conference to officially introduce head coach Pete Carroll and general manager John Spytek into the organization.
The two presented a clear vision of what they want to bring to the Raiders, as well as letting fans and those in attendance know about them as people.
A contingent of current and former players attended the press conference, most notably defensive end Maxx Crosby and running back Marshawn Lynch.
Lynch serves as a bridge between Carroll and the Raiders. An Oakland native, Lynch played two seasons with his hometown Raiders from 2017-18, but he is most known for his time playing under Carroll with the Seattle Seahawks.
