Seldom (or never) is heard a discouraging word about Jon Gruden’s remake of the Raiders roster or system. And there’s a lot to like in terms of practice, the coaching that’s going on, and the general level of enthusiasm.
Everyone that’s gone to the podium has waxed poetic about Gruden’s legendary intensity.
