Hall of Fame wide receiver Jerry Rice stopped by the Oakland Raiders Alameda, Calif., facility to chat about his teammate of three years, Tim Brown, who will be inducted into Pro Football Hall of Fame August 8 in Canton, Ohio. Brown joins 23 other members of the Silver and Black in the Hall.
During his interview, Rice declared that the Raiders have found, “their new Tim Brown. [Cooper]'s very much like Tim Brown, very explosive, got speed to burn, really going to strike fear into the opposing team.”
Rice retired as the NFL’s all-time leading receiver, and in just over three seasons landed at 10th all-time in Raiders history.
