The Las Vegas Raiders are eyeing a quick turnaround this season, and their moves so far this offseason have confirmed that notion.
After going 4-13 in a 2024 season, the Raiders fired head coach Antonio Pierce and general manager Tom Telesco. Searching for a new regime to bring in a franchise quarterback, they landed on former Super Bowl-winning head coach Pete Carroll and Tampa Bay Buccaneers assistant GM John Spytek. Together, they devised a plan to attack the offseason, most notably bringing in Geno Smith in a trade with the Seattle Seahawks earlier in March.
The Raiders have their answer at quarterback, and recent videos now suggest another solution is forming to upgrade the roster.
