A couple of weeks after Bashaud Breeland visited the Oakland Raiders but left without a deal, Oakland is interested in another free agent cornerback.
This time it is former New York Giants CB Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie who is set to visit the Raiders and work out for the team, per Pro Football Talk.
Rodgers-Cromartie is visiting the Seahawks before he visits Oakland and then possibly the Chargers after that but a Los Angeles visit is not yet confirmed.
The Raiders’ interest in the cornerback market makes complete sense at this point as Gareon Conley has his obvious issues staying healthy but so do Rashaan Melvin and Nick Nelson who tore his meniscus during a workout in April.
