PITTSBURGH (AP) — Former Raiders quarterback Terrelle Pryor was stabbed in Pittsburgh, but an agent said Saturday the player is expected to make a full recovery.
Police arrested two people, including Pryor, who were believed to be “mutual combatants” in a dispute that resulted in Pryor’s injuries, according to the Pittsburgh Bureau of Police.
Shalaya Briston, 24, was arrested and charged with criminal attempt homicide and aggravated assault, according to a police bureau news release. Briston suffered unspecified injuries in the dispute.
Pryor, 30, was also arrested and faces a charge of simple assault, the release states.
