Rashaan Melvin spent last year with the Raiders after being signed as a free agent from the Colts, but that was a one-year deal and Melvin has found a new home after signing with the Detroit Lions this week. Contract terms and details are not known at this time.
Melvin took to Twitter after signing his deal and had a message for Raider Nation.
