Developer Floyd Kephart has met Friday's deadline to get his final deliverables in for his proposal for a new stadium in Oakland for the Raiders.
Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum Authority executive director Scott McKibben said the final deliverables Kephart made Friday were answers to common questions that came up during the process.
