Especially for a projected backup, Tyree Wilson will be under the microscope this season as he looks to bounce back after a disappointing rookie season. Wilson had his first opportunity to showcase his improvement during the Las Vegas Raiders’ first preseason game against the Minnesota Vikings. However, he wasn’t much of a factor.
The second-year pro’s performance wasn’t particularly bad per se, but he wasn’t very impactful and failed to show up on the box score. That’s a little concerning considering he’s a former top-10 pick and was going up against second- and third-string offensive linemen.
