Ex-Raider T.J. Houshmandzadeh selling California home for $4.1 million

T.J. Houshmandzadeh, former NFL wide receiver, is selling his five-bedroom Newport Coast home for $4.195 million.

He and wife Kaci bought the home in August 2007 for $3.458 million, property records show.

The house was built in 2006 in Newport Coast’s Pelican Ridge community. Formal living and dining rooms, a family room, chef’s kitchen with a walk-in pantry and game room are contained within the 4,798 square feet.

A master wing with soaring ceilings offers an ocean view from an adjoining balcony, dual vanities, and a raised tub.

The home’s indoor and outdoor spaces merge through French doors.
