With the transaction period of the offseason in the rear view mirror, rosters are just about set. Save for some shuffling among players that likely won’t even make the team and the eventual mandatory cuts, for the most part, teams are done with notable transactions. ESPN released their post-draft power rankings, and the Oakland Raiders are listed at 7th.

Jared Cook and Marshawn Lynch add some attitude to the offense. Derek Carr looks to build on his breakout season. The Raiders went 12-4 but washed out early in the playoffs because of Carr’s ill-timed broken leg.
