At the beginning of the 2016 season, Oakland Raiders quarterback Derek Carr was seen as a player with star potential, and barring a setback in his development, the franchise quarterback of the Silver and Black. After two seasons in the NFL, he made his debut on the Top 100 list — exactly at 100.
Following an outstanding third season in which he found himself in the thick of the MVP race, Carr has drastically improved his ranking on the list. NFL Network announced on Monday evening that D.C. ranked 11th on the list — an improvement of 89 spots.
