Young Oakland Raiders quarterback Derek Carr is officially a top ten passer in the NFL according to one media outlet’s 2015 season rankings. Bleacher Report’s annual NFL 1000 rankings giving high praise for the second-year quarterback who cracked the Top 10 for the first time in his career.
Carr ranked ninth amongst the 50 quarterbacks ranked by B/R’s team of analysts, ahead of Super Bowl winning veteran QB’s in Joe Flacco and Eli Manning. The second round pick in the 2014 NFL Draft also ranking ahead of every quarterback selected ahead of him in the first round of that year’s draft.
