ALAMEDA, Calif -- Derek Carr is going to the Pro Bowl for the third straight year, this time as a replacement for Super Bowl-bound Tom Brady.
Carr becomes the third quarterback in Oakland Raiders franchise history to be named to at least three of the NFL’s all-star games, along with Hall of Famer Ken Stabler and one-time league MVP Rich Gannon. Carr is also the fifth member of a six-win Raiders team named to the Pro Bowl, joining defensive end Khalil Mack, left tackle Donald Penn, left guard Kelechi Osemele and center Rodney Hudson.
