Late Sunday afternoon, the internet collectively cringed as Oakland Raiders quarterback Derek Carr gruesomely dislocated the pinky finger on his throwing hand while fielding a snap. But the Silver and Black's field general missed just one series, returning to the field with a black glove on his injured hand, and led the Raiders to yet another comeback victory, beating the Carolina Panthers 35-32 to maintain their pace with New England in the race for home field advantage in the AFC.
Today, Carr's older brother, former No. 1 overall pick David Carr, showed solidarity by showing up to work wearing a glove -- albeit, a white one -- on his right hand:
Solidarity.
