ALAMEDA, Calif. – Charles Woodson may be the most decorated Oakland Raiders player at the Pro Bowl in Hawaii, but the Hall of Fame-bound free safety back as the last of five Raiders drafted for the all-star game Wednesday night.
In fact, he was the last player picked overall, taken by Team Rice.
“Shame on you guys,” laughed ESPN commentator Jon Gruden, who selected Woodson in his first-ever NFL draft in 1998 with the Raiders.
But Wednesday outside of Honolulu, Woodson went after linebacker Khalil Mack…and quarterback Derek Carr…and receiver Amari Cooper…and running back Latavius Murray.
