While the Oakland Raiders defense didn’t do much to stop Joe Flacco’s aerial onslaught on Sunday, legendary safety Charles Woodson did his best to help the team earn their first win of the season despite having a serious shoulder injury leading up to the game. The 38-year-old future Hall of Famer putting his body on the line to prevent the Raiders from missing both of their starting safeties with Nate Allen currently out longterm with a knee injury.
Woodson gutted through a tough performance against the Ravens, looking visibly affected by the shoulder throughout the game, but not once quitting on trying to lift the defense to victory.
