ALAMEDA, Calif. -- Oakland Raiders quarterback Derek Carr kept his injured right hand in his hoodie pocket during his media availability Wednesday and downplayed the severity of the injured pinkie finger on his passing hand.
Carr gave virtually the same answer to every question about the injury as the team began preparing for Sunday's game against the Buffalo Bills.
Asked how his finger felt, Carr said, "It's great. Thank you for asking."
Carr was then asked whether the injury would make him alter his grip or throwing motion.
"It's doing great, thank you," he said.
