Are all Las Vegas officials on board with the Raiders relocating to a proposed shiny $1.9 billion stadium in Sin City?
The Clark County Commissioner is not so fond of the idea, according to the Washington Post. Chris Giunchigliani told the Post that there are several other projects she would rather have funded.
“There are so many everyday needs that nobody wants to take the high road and say we need to increase taxes to pay for,” Giunchigliani told the Post. “Where are our priorities?”
Her preferred projects, as written by the Post’s Will Hobson: “A light rail system, so Las Vegas can compete with cities with better public transportation.
