Antonio Brown was a free agent for all of a few hours as he reportedly signed a new contract with the New England Patriots not long after being released by the Oakland Raiders earlier on Saturday.
ESPN's Adam Schefter reported just before 2 p.m. PT that Brown, who asked the Raiders to release him Saturday morning, had agreed to terms with the Patriots.
According to Schefter, the contract is a 1-year deal worth up to $15 million that includes a $9 million signing bonus.
