After waiting all this time for a Raiders player on the NFL’s Top 100 list as voted on by the players themselves, Oakland’s prize offseason acquisition Antonio Brown comes in at number 7 overall.
Brown is the highest-rated wide receiver on the Top 100 list, which as you might imagine has elicited some full-throated kvetching from fans of DeAndre Hopkins and Julio Jones. But Brown has been so good for so long, it’s hard to argue that he doesn’t deserve his spot.
What can be argued is the fact that he’s ranked outside of the top five after spending the last few years solidly inside it.
