SAN DIEGO – Amari Cooper is continuing his first half dominance Sunday.
The Oakland Raiders rookie receiver had 117 yards on four catches, including a 52-yard touchdown reception from quarterback Derek Carr.
Cooper, the No. 4 overall pick from Alabama, has been outstanding in the first half of games this season. Going into Sunday’s game, 311 of his 386 yards and both of his touchdowns came in the first half.
Cooper‘s performance is sparking the Raiders’ rout. They lead San Diego, 30-3, at halftime. It is Oakland’s first 20-point halftime lead in five seasons.
