Aldon Smith pleads not guilty to offseason charges

Aldon Smith was scheduled to have his arraignment hearing today, but that hearing actually ending up being vacated. Instead, Smith’s attorney filed for a clerks arraignment on September 29th, in which he pled not guilty to the three misdemeanor charges that he is facing.

A pre-trial date was set for November 4th.

This news comes as no surprise, as Smith has maintained his innocence in this case.
