7 New Year’s resolutions for the Oakland Raiders in 2019

The 2018 NFL season produced more downs than ups for the Oakland Raiders, as they finished the year with one of the worst records in the league at 4-12. The Raiders struggled to play inconsistent football on both sides of the ball, and despite holding the league in plenty of games, they just could not put four quarters of football together.

In 2019, the team will look to make their way out of the cellar in the AFC West, as they have the draft capital, and salary cap money to really improve the roster. They brought in Mike Mayock to take over as general manager, giving them an eye during the draft that really knows how to evaluate talent coming out of the college ranks.
