The Raiders turned heads with their first and last picks in the 2019 NFL Draft.
The Silver and Black selected former Clemson edge rusher Clelin Ferrell -- who they say they rated just as highly as No. 2 pick Nick Bosa -- No. 4 overall, with defensive players like Josh Allen and Ed Oliver still on the board. Then, with their ninth selection, Oakland drafted another defensive end: Prairie View A&M's Quinton Bell. The seventh round of a draft is littered with guys few outside of a scouting department have heard of, but Bell managed to be obscure enough that Mayock's old colleagues at NFL Network didn't have tape on him for their draft show.
