The biggest knock on Oakland Raiders general manager Reggie McKenzie is that he is a suspect talent evaluator. His draft history lends him no support, as outside of the 2014 NFL Draft, he has mostly missed his mark.
In 2014, he was blessed to have drafted Khalil Mack, Derek Carr and Amari Cooper, giving the team a nice base for their future. But outside of those perennial Pro Bowlers, McKenzie has floundered during draft time.
The overall depth of the roster, and the performance of his late round picks have left Oakland Raiders fans scratching their heads and wondering.
