The 2015 Oakland Raiders managed to bring back some respectability to the Silver & Black. Jack Del Rio and his staff, helped guide this years young nucleus to 7 wins. The most they have had since back to back 8 win seasons in 2010 & 2011. This is only the third time they won more than 5 games since 2002. They showed flashes of what they can be, but in the end, they were too inconsistent to earn a playoff birth and contend for a world championship.
