With the 35th overall pick in the 2015 NFL Draft the Raiders have selected Florida St DE Mario Edwards, Jr. He played over 300lbs in college but has slimmed down to 279lbs at a height of 6'3 now so it is an interesting selection. He is a player capable of both DT and DE so he is a versatile linemen that can be moved around across the line, but you don't really know what weight he will end up wanting to play at.
The extreme weight loss since the season ended for Mario Edwards shows that he has been working his butt off in the pre-draft process, both literally and figuratively.
