The Oakland Raiders won their first 2019 preseason game against the Los Angeles Rams14-3. The Raiders were the first team to strike with a short touchdown run by DeAndre Washington and didn’t look back from there. In this edition of Raiders Report, host Mitchell Renz breaks down the biggest winners and losers as he gives out his Raiders preseason week one grades.
