The Oakland Raiders have one of the best young WRs in the NFL in Amari Cooper. The No. 4 overall pick in the 2015 NFL Draft, Cooper has emerged as one of the top WRs in the NFL.
His second season was a strong one, with 83 catches for 1,153 yards and five TDs. But Cooper isn't done yet and he's primed for an even bigger year this season.
