In this Raiders news and rumors update, the Oakland Raiders have added a weapon in the aerial game as they have signed former San Diego Chargers wide receiver Vincent Brown.
Here's the scoop, courtest of NFL Network's Ian Rapoport:
Former #Chargers WR Vincent Brown has signed with the #Raiders, source says. Was always an acrobat, when healthy.

Per ESPN.com's Adam Caplan, Brown has signed a one-year deal with the Raiders just two weeks after being cut by San Diego:
1-year deal for Vincent Brown with the #Raiders, I'm told.

Caplan had previously reported via Twitter that Brown had worked out with the team on Monday, stating that it "went well" and that he "could be offered a contract."
That came to fruition as an Oakland Raiders team looking for an offensive spark might have just found one in the 25-year old receiver who set career highs in receptions (41) and receiving yards (472) in 2013 with the Bolts.
In a related move, per Caplan, Oakland has waived linebacker Bojay Filimoeatu.
