The Cincinnati Bengals have added another quarterback to the competition to back up starter Andy Dalton, inking former Oakland Raiders QB Terrelle Pryor at the end of their rookie minicamp on Sunday.
Here's the Associated Press with the report:
Pryor attended the camp on a tryout basis. He has a connection with offensive coordinator Hue Jackson, who was his head coach in Oakland in 2011. The former Ohio State quarterback started 16 games during three seasons with the Raiders.
Pryor, 25, hasn't thrown a regular-season pass since his 11 games with the Raiders back in 2013. He's bounced around to and from three different teams since then, failing to make the main roster of the Seattle Seahawks and Kansas City Chiefs before his recent stop in Cincy.
