The Oakland Raiders have the No. 4 overall pick in the NFL Draft, and since they don't need a quarterback, they'll get to take one of the other top prospects in the draft.
ESPN's Todd McShay has them taking USC defensive lineman Leonard Williams, while many other mock drafts have them taking Alabama wide receiver Amari Cooper.
Oakland has one of the worst receiving cores in the league because they lack a true No. 1 receiver, so drafting Cooper seems to make sense for them. However, they also ranked among the league's worst teams in sacks, and Williams would give them an immediate upgrade.
The Raiders have been quiet about what they plan to do in the draft, so no one really knows which way they're leaning, but giving rookie quarterback Derek Carr a true top-notch weapon to help with his progression should take precedent over drafting a pass rusher.
