The Oakland Raiders get a bad rap from the national media, but this next story should melt the hearts of even the Raiders' most vocal detractors.
Head coach Tony Sparano brought seven-year-old Maceo Alvarez in to a Raiders practice on Friday. Alvarez is currently living with a heart defect and is waiting for a heart transplant:

Alvarez was given the opportunity to break practice with the customary "1-2-3 Raiders" finish and he did it better than anyone possibly can.
Props to the Raiders and Sparano for such a classy gesture.
