After having missed the OTA practice last Monday due to an injury on his hamstrong, Oakland Raiders’ Jacoby Ford returns for practice along with his other teammates. To see him on the sidelines once again by everyone brings along the lines in your head which say, “here we go again.” He was not even seen during the first part of the practice before being seen in the training room right alongside another injured player Josh Cribbs.
When practice ended, as if to draw attention from the media, the player walked right back to the press room ahead of everyone else without a single sign of limping.
During the press conference of Dennis Allen, he mentioned that Ford had tweaked his own hamstring and right at the point of off season, it is just right for certain precautions to happen. The Oakland Raiders need to gather up all the weapons they can acquire this season with Ford being one of these weapons. Ford is expected to share duties with Josh Cribbs and serve as the prime slot receiver of the entire team. For him to always stay in the pink of health is certainly critical.
