Straight from CSN Bay Area's Scott Bair:
Nnamdi Asomugha will announce his retirement on Friday. He'll retire as a Raider. Press conference is set for Friday afternoon.

Asomugha was named to three Pro Bowls over his 11 NFL seasons, spending his first eight with the Raiders before signing with the Philadelphia Eagles in 2011. Asomugha never regained his Pro Bowl form in Philadelphia, and was eventually released after failing to agree on a restructured contract.
