The NCAA has officially ruled that Xavier Peters is cleared to play this season for the Kentucky Wildcats, he announced on Twitter.

Peters, the outside linebacker who transferred to the Wildcats from Florida State this season, sent an appeal to the NCAA to be cleared to play in August.
