ESPN’s auction to benefit The V Foundation is producing four words no one in the Big Blue Nation wants to read: Duke is beating Kentucky.
Two of the prizes in the auction are "coach experiences" with UK’s John Calipari and Duke’s Mike Krzyzewski. As of Tuesday afternoon, the leading bid to interact with Krzyzewski was more than $700 more than with Calipari.
Calipari’s prize had received more bids (42-28). But the leading bid was $2,025. The leading bid for the Krzyzewski prize was $2,777.
The auction will be on eBay through July 18.
