Our beloved Wildcats will attempt to exorcise a 28 year old demon this Saturday in the New Commonwealth Stadium. A middling Florida team (relative to history) comes limping into the weekend fresh off a struggle against East Carolina and a public lambasting by Coach Jim McElwain.
Ever since I read about Jeff Badet blowing up this fall, for some reason I immediately thought of this game as the game he blows up. I have no clue why, but it just feels like this is the game the nation learns who Jeff Badet is.
Part of the reason I am sticking with this is that assuming All American Vernon Hargreaves III plays, I think he may be in Dorian Baker's hip pocket, or even Garrett Johnson's.
