Wildcats Have Players Only Meeting

There is the noise from the crowd. There is noise on the field from your teammate or opponents. There is noise in practice coming from coaches.

At some point players don’t hear the noise from outside any more. Most players develop the ability to tune it out and only hear the noise from within. Their internal noise can drive them from within, but it can also push them off course if they are struggling to get the necessary message from their coaches.

Players need to hear their coaches. They need to hear their team leaders. They have to consistently push towards their common goals in what many consider the ultimate team game.
