2020 Kentucky target Sharife Cooper saw a major lift in his ranking in the newly released Chosen 25 from USA Today.
Cooper is now ranked as the No. 1 overall player on the that list features the top high school basketball players in the class of 2020. Jason Jordan and other USA staff writers comprised the list shortly after the first stop on the Nike EYBL tour. This ranking puts a bigger emphasis on how good players are at the high school level, while college potential does play a part. That’s why these rankings tend to look different than what you see in the other big recruiting services.
